Primary responsibility is to ensure effective communications within in the Association. Develops programs to communicate the benefits of SDA to external audiences. Provides leadership in communicating association’s programs and value to industry members and assists association’s leadership in message development. Serves as editor-in-chief for the association, ensuring consistency of message and appearance. Oversees all social media content as well.

By gaining access to educational resources, local & regional events and a forum for operators to discover best practices, providers will have the tools to strengthen their dining programs.
