As Virginia Woolf stated, “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.” As a Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to pour your heart and soul into the food you prepare daily to ensure that our beloved residents are nourished, energized, and happy.
You will plan, direct, and execute all aspects of the community’s food & beverage operations. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent service, food quality, resident and customer satisfaction, and meeting departmental financial goals within the established guidelines for the department.
This position is ideal for an aspiring Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager looking to move into a role as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage professional that can keep their cool in a fast-paced environment, maintain health and safety standards with ease, and – most importantly – create delicious meals suited to our residents’ wants and needs.
Ideally, this candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience, 5 years of experience preferred.
